It’s Chili Time!

I like original food so I start by soaking pinto beans, 

for 2 hr after rinsing in colander, then in pot I cover

with water and bring to a boil adding a tsp of sugar, garlic powder

 and pinch of salt. I let this boil until beans get tender  and then add the chili stick use as directed I let this cook about  1 hr. Next, I brown my ground beef, (ground beef adds more substance to gravy than courser lean ground round) to this I add chili powder and onions. While this is browning I go back to beans and add chipped red pepper. After meat is browned with onions, I mix meat, and onions to beans, oh so delicious and with original taste!

When Laws are taken out of context

I am a firm believer in the first amendment. I do know however,  laws and rules can be misused and taken  out of context by the public sometimes for political and financial gain.  Our laws protecting the rights of free speech should not turn into a judgement program that threatens to cancel out all other rights. Does your use of the first amendment cancel out 6 and 7? Does it cancel out 13, 14 and 15 ? If taken out of context then you are treading and misusing the rights of others!
